Approved make-up sessions are subject to availability and must be completed before the end of the applicable training session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbsences reported with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are \u003cstrong\u003enot eligible for a make-up, credit, refund, or transfer\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe advance-notice requirement may be waived for documented medical circumstances when reasonable written documentation from a medical professional is provided.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMake-up sessions are not guaranteed and may only be scheduled in another AC Academy class when sufficient space is available.
